Return & Refund Policy – Mukund Resort
At Mukund Resort, Behrewala (Paonta Sahib), we aim to provide a smooth and transparent booking experience for all our guests. Please read our refund, cancellation, and booking policy carefully before confirming your reservation.
Cancellation Policy
If a room booking is cancelled within 24 hours before the check-in date, 10% of the total booking amount will be deducted as cancellation charges. Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation time and booking confirmation status.
Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank, UPI provider, card issuer, or payment gateway.
Check-In & Check-Out
Standard Check-In time is 12:00 PM, and Check-Out time is 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability and may include additional charges.
Booking Modifications
Any changes in booking dates, room category, or guest details should be requested at least 7 days before arrival. All modifications are subject to room availability.
No Show Policy
If a guest does not arrive on the confirmed check-in date without prior notice, the reservation may be cancelled automatically, and the booking amount may be non-refundable as per resort policy.
Shortened Stay
If a guest checks out earlier than the confirmed booking period, refund eligibility will be subject to management approval and applicable booking terms.
Special Requests
Special requests such as extra bedding, event arrangements, room preferences, or family/group requirements are subject to availability at the time of check-in.
