Check-in & Check-out
- Standard check-in time is 12:00 PM
- Standard check-out time is 10:00 AM
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to room availability.
- Valid government photo ID is mandatory for all guests at check-in.
Booking & Payment Policy
- Room booking is confirmed only after successful payment or advance confirmation.
- Prices may change without prior notice depending on season and availability.
- Applicable taxes will be charged as per government rules.
- Extra charges may apply for additional guests or extra bedding.
Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation is available up to 3 days before arrival.
- Cancellation within 3 days of arrival may incur one-night retention charges.
- No-show bookings may be charged fully as per resort policy.
- Refunds, if applicable, may take 7–15 business days.
Guest Policy
- Children below 5 years can stay complimentary with parents.
- Extra guest charges may apply for children above 5 years.
- Outside food and beverages may not be allowed inside the resort.
- Smoking inside rooms is strictly prohibited.
- Loud music, parties, or disturbances are not allowed after 10:00 PM.
Safety & Responsibility
- Guests are responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene during their stay.
- Any damage caused to resort property will be chargeable.
- The resort is not responsible for loss of personal belongings, valuables, or vehicles.
- Guests must follow all resort safety and pool usage guidelines.
Resort Rights
- Mukund Resort reserves the right to refuse admission in case of misconduct or violation of resort policies.
- Resort management may modify terms and policies without prior notice.
- All bookings are subject to availability and resort rules.
